Growth Leader Market Leader Week 10 in review

If it sounds to good to be true than usally that means it's no good. I have to say that for all the investigating I've done about this company I've not found anything or anyone giving them praise.

This week there were 0 new leads for the whole week.   I did have a  prospect that I was communicating with, that emailed me and thanked me for my help and asked me about a few homes, we emailed back a few times. She told me she wasn't sure how it all worked, and what the "rules" were for Realtors.

So I advised her if she already had an agent, that they should continue with that agent, unless there was a good reason not to.  She stated that she was just trying to 'help her son' and found my website, appreciated my help, but just didn't know the rules.

I politely disengaged the conversation.    If this were MY client, I would want another Realtor to give me the same respect.   Karma, is all I can say.

Let's see what week 11 bring me....

More Information about Growth Leader

Hello There

I get so many phone calls and emails on a weekly basis about this product. Let me tell you how you found this post :)

I was an early Active Rain Blogger, and got to know many people within the active rain community, and was asked to do a 'test pilot' for market leader. They gave me a market leader / growth leader account and my obligation was to write a regular blog post on the product weekly. Good bad or indifferent. Being said that, I was probably chosen to do so because I know how to write a Blog Post for SEO, so they wanted their stuff to be found, and it is. Thats why you landed here. THe other part that is missing is they do not have anyone to manage that aspect of the social media blogsphere. Only people trying to see it at rain camps.

This Original post is from 04/06/2009 10:13 PM

My experience with Market Leader is this. I received a fair amount of traffic from the site, and I talked to others that were test piloting and they did too. Some had amazing success with the system (its a well put together backend lead management system). The only problem for me was that I already built a business that was very different than the online platform they had given me. I did receive some leads, the quality of most of the leads were OK, there was no loyaly with the online people you had met in person because they came as a web lead and not referred.

On another note, I did receive a few other leads that I had a great connection with and they closed.

So you want to know what I think about market leader, its not for me, because I already had a different foundation in place. I hope this help you :)
